	Le Barbet Large French based website by Mr Philippe Séguéla . Lots of information from within France and the rest of the world and an excellent photo gallery. If, like me, your French is not what you would like it to be, scroll down to the bottom of the right hand column and click on "Français à Anglais" and voila! the site is in English...well sort of.
	Barbet Club of Switzerland (www.barbet.ch) Swiss Barbet Club website written in French and German. Founded in 1997 the Swiss club has grown steadily and now has around 60 Barbets registered. English translation is via Google and is for guidance only.
	Canadian Barbet website Canadian Barbet website written in English and French. Denyse Rousseau took the Barbet to full recognition by the Canadian Kennel Club in 2006.
	Biscay Waterdogs Another website from Canada. Paula Ballak has travelled to Europe to bring new bloodlines into Canada and further establish the breed there.
	USA Barbet website New American Barbet website run by Stacy Brogan. Stacy is working to galvanise the growing Barbet community in the States

	Société Centrale Canine The Société Centrale Canine (S.C.C.) is the French Kennel Club and oversees all dog related activity in France.
	Fédération Cynologique Internationale The Fédération Cynologique Internationale (F.C.I.) is the World Canine Organisation. It includes 84 members and contract partners (one member per country) that each issue their own pedigrees and train their own judges. The FCI makes sure that the pedigrees and judges are mutually recognized by all the FCI members. The UK is not a member.
	The Irish Kennel Club Since the first `An Ard Chomhairle' meeting was held on 20th January 1922 the Irish Kennel Club has been looking after the care and wellbeing of dogs in Ireland and is now a full member of the The Fédération Cynologique Internationale (FCI).
